TECNOLCHI S.p.A. certifications
Tecnolchi believes in certifications because this means increasing the company’s value and competitiveness in the marketplace, as they demonstrate to customers and suppliers the constant commitment to workers and company growth.
The certifications held by the company are:
Quality certification: UNI EN ISO 9001
A useful tool for the process of reorganization and monitoring of the internal working method, which allows a control of business activities obtaining benefits such as: cost reduction and improvement of the relationship with customers and suppliers. The ISO 9001 standard is not a mandatory certification but, by certifying the company’s processes it expresses the company’s constant commitment to improving the optimization of its organization, so as to also increase the Stakeholders’ trust in the company.
UNI EN 1090-1 certification
The internationally recognized UNI EN 1090 certification is mandatory for all manufacturers of steel components and structures. (steelwork, plates, sheets, bars, steel components used in steel-concrete structures, etc.) CPR305/2011
All these products must have, compulsorily, CE marking according to UNI EN 1090-1.
The UNI EN 1090-1 standard defines the conformity requirements of materials for placing construction products on the EU market. With the certification Tecnolchi can affix the CE marking to its metal component. Standard referred to in NTC DM 17/01/2018
Some of the benefits obtained from UNI EN 1090-1 certification:
- To be able to CE mark steel products and be able to sell them in the EU market
- Entering the foreign market
- Being able to participate in public and private procurement
UNI EN 3834-2 welding certification
ISO 3834 is dedicated to welding and defines quality requirements for welding that are useful both for those who perform these activities and for those who evaluate the manufacturer’s ability to produce welded articles according to the standard requirements.
