Specifically for the design and construction of piping circuits in ASTM A270 sanitary 3A or Asme BPE, in accordance with the GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements of the U.S. FDA(Food and Drug Administration) and the European Directive 2014/68/EU – PED(Pressure Equipment Directive).
Proven experience in piping circuits:
- Loop demineralized water
- Purified water loop
- Pure steam lines
- Process lines
- CIP(Cleaning-in-Place) Lines.
- Storage tanks and heat exchangers
- Reactors for active ingredients
- Loops and process lines. Pipes are made of AISI 316 L stainless steel with internal surface having roughness Ra ≤ 0.3, pickled and passivated
- Welds made by argon TIG method in manual or automatic orbital procedure with reports for each individual weld. We can performboroscopic examination of welds upon request
- Storage tanks and heat exchangers. They are constructed in compliance with PED ( ASME upon request) vertical or horizontal type
They can contain distilled water, purified water, solutions, syrups and creams. Parts in contact with the process are made of A 316 L stainless steel, roughness RA ≤ 0.3, pickled and passivated (electropolished on request) - Reactors for active ingredients. They are constructed in accordance with PED ( ASME upon request) vertical type. Thermostatting occurs with fluid circulating in the half-pipe or jacket
The reactors are equipped with agitators with variable speed. They may contain distilled water, purified water, solutions, syrups and creams. Parts in contact with the process are made of A 316 L stainless steel, roughness RA ≤ 0.3, pickled and passivated (electropolished on request).
