Specifically for the design and construction of piping circuits in ASTM A270 sanitary 3A or Asme BPE<\/strong>, in accordance with the GMP<\/strong>(Good Manufacturing Practice<\/em>) requirements of the U.S. FDA<\/strong>(Food and Drug Administration<\/em>) and the European Directive 2014\/68\/EU – PED<\/strong>(Pressure Equipment Directive<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Proven experience in piping circuits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Loop demineralized water<\/li>\n
  • Purified water loop<\/li>\n
  • Pure steam lines<\/li>\n
  • Process lines<\/li>\n
  • CIP(Cleaning-in-Place<\/em>) Lines.<\/li>\n
  • Storage tanks and heat exchangers<\/li>\n
  • Reactors for active ingredients<\/li>\n
  • Loops and process lines. Pipes are made of AISI 316 L stainless steel<\/strong> with internal surface having roughness Ra \u2264 0.3, pickled and passivated<\/li>\n
  • Welds made by argon TIG method<\/strong> in manual or automatic orbital procedure with reports for each individual weld. We can performboroscopic examination of<\/strong> welds upon request<\/li>\n
  • Storage tanks and heat exchangers. They are constructed in compliance with PED<\/strong> ( ASME<\/strong> upon request) vertical or horizontal type
    \nThey can contain distilled water, purified water, solutions, syrups and creams. Parts in contact with the process are made of A 316 L stainless steel<\/strong>, roughness RA \u2264 0.3, pickled and passivated (electropolished on request)<\/li>\n
  • Reactors for active ingredients. They are constructed in accordance with PED<\/strong> ( ASME<\/strong> upon request) vertical type. Thermostatting occurs with fluid circulating in the half-pipe or jacket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The reactors are equipped with agitators with variable speed. They may contain distilled water, purified water, solutions, syrups and creams. Parts in contact with the process are made of A 316 L stainless steel<\/strong>, roughness RA \u2264 0.3, pickled and passivated (electropolished on request).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
